The „Magnum“ Business Center in Kaunas is a new, innovative office and commercial building. The restaurant space on the ground floor of the centre is equipped with OTriKS.Kitchen ventilation ozonation systems developed by AIRPLUS1 Lituanica. Since completion of the project, the restaurant ventilation systems are safer and more practical because ozone oxidizes grease aerosols and reduces the accumulation of grease in the ventilation system and on its components. This improves fire prevention and extends the service life of components. In addition, the ducts require less frequent cleaning, and one of the main advantages of the ozonation system in kitchens is the elimination of food odours emitted into the environment.
