Agaras – has been engaged in craft meat production since 1991, so we know that the most important thing for exceptional meat quality is the well-being of the animals. Our cattle graze freely in the meadows of the Baltic States, enjoy fresh air and feed on mother’s milk and lush grass. The meat, reared with respect for nature from cattle for up to 24 months is carefully cut and matured for 30 or 60 days, and only then reaches you, the customer. It remains soft and most importantly, rich in taste.

Description and solution

The main part of the system is a generator that produces ozone, which removes odours. Ozone generators produce enough ozone to fully oxidize the microorganisms in the air inside refrigerators. Indoor working conditions are also improved when using the odour removal system. The amount of supplied ozone is adjusted according to the residual ozone concentration in the ventilation. The ozone concentration is continuously measured and based on the measurement data, the output of the ozone generator is adjusted automatically. This ensures a high efficiency of the system – as much ozone as needed to oxidize the pollutants in the air at the relevant moment is supplied, as well as the economy of the system and the safety of the air released into the environment. The ozonation system is fully automated, works autonomously, and essentially does not require any operational intervention.

The OTriKS smart ozonation system used for the ozonation of carcass meat and refrigerator surfaces/air does not have a negative effect on the quality, colour, or taste of the product. The system is characterised not only by its benefits for production but also by its safety, as it integrates the devices for ozone concentration tracking in real time, through remote control and monitoring. The main goal of this system is the reduction of bacterial contamination in the environment. Observed effects: research shows that when using the ozonation system, the overall quantities of microorganisms are reduced by more than 99%, as well as reducing odours and the accumulation of mould.
