Our systems used successfully in many Lithuanian and other European cities!

In the food industry, where cooking and baking processes take place, one of the biggest challenges is the accumulation of fats in the ducts and the emission of odors. Ozone, installed in the exhaust ventilation, prevents the buildup of fats on duct walls and, by absorbing the fat, transforms it into a solid form. Additionally, by ozonating the exhaust ducts, emissions of odors generated during the process are effectively reduced. Our OTriKS. Kitchen devices operate automatically, activating when the ventilation system is in use, thereby not burdening and requiring additional maintenance or human resources. They conserve company resources since the ventilation system requires less maintenance and reduces the fire risk associated with fat ignition in the ducts.
